Day 056: My Daily Smoothies

My daily smoothies.

oats: 1/2 cup
seeds (flax, hemp, chia): 1 tbsp
maca powder: 1 tsp
acai powder: 1 tsp
green superfood powder: 1 serving
chocolate protein: 1 serving
bananas: 1.5-2
coconut oil: 2 tbsp
rice milk: 2-2.5 cups
berries: 1/4 cup

Ends up being somewhere around 1000 cal I think, I’m slowly but surely perfecting the taste, last week I added the coconut oil and berries and it was by far the best tasting one..
