Day 038: The lesson about Pre-Workout

Yesterday I learned a very important lesson. Don’t take pre-workout at 8pm at night unless I’m finna stay up until 4ish. Thanking myself for making that mistake, I now know how caffeine affects my body. That’s very important.

Also appreciate the extra 2 hours of sleep I gave myself, making me late for school. Now I can be more spongy when I’m there rather that barely awake.
